Problems logging in?

The two most common login problems are:

1. After entering your username and password and clicking the "Submit" button a screen comes up with the message "Username or password incorrect". If this happens then please carefully re-enter your information. Note that both your username and your password are case sensitive, meaning that if you enter a capital letter where there should be a lowercase letter, or vice versa, you will not be able to login. Also, ensure that you do not type a blank space at the end of either your username or password because this blank space will be interpreted as another character and cause the aforementioned error message to appear. The bottom line is that you should not receive this error message if you enter your username and password EXACTLY as shown on the e-mail you received from us when you subscribed.

2. After entering your username and password and clicking the "Submit" button you get taken to the "Market Analysis" menu page (the page from which you can access the Weekly Market Update, the Interim Update, Stock Selections, etc.). However, whenever you try to go any further -- for example, if you click on the Weekly Market Update menu item -- you get taken back to the login page. Whatever you do, you can't get past the "Market Analysis" menu page.
In this case, the problem you are experiencing is usually the result of not having "cookies" enabled in your browser. In order to go from one password-protected page to another you MUST have cookies enabled.
Another possibility is that you have some sort of firewall software installed on your computer, such as Norton's Personal Firewall, which is preventing the cookie from being received.
The bottom line is that if you are experiencing this problem then something is preventing your computer from receiving the cookie that is needed for you to be able to go from one password-protected page to another.

If you are still not able to logon, please e-mail us at sas888_hk@yahoo.com and describe the problem you are experiencing. We will answer all logon queries within 24 hours (usually within a few hours, but it will depend on what time the query was sent). You should also ensure that e-mails from sas888_hk@yahoo.com are able to get through to your inbox; in other words, that our reply to your query is not going to be blocked by a spam filter. If you have not received a reply to a login problem report within 24 hours then either we have not received your e-mail or our reply has not made it to your inbox (due, most likely, to spam filtering).
